The mining capacity from both the mines is approximately 2 million tones p.a. Iron ore extracted from the mines is of very high quality and has a huge market domestically and internationally. The customers include large steel plants in India and international trading houses of repute.

 

Manufacturing:

Mayur Electro Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of porcelain insulators, ceramic dishware & Sanitaryware. The company has a modern plant in Orissa and is certified under the IS0 9001:2000 quality standards from the British Standards Institute. Exports to Kenya, SAARC Nations, Far East and Sub Saharan Africa contribute to a major share of the company's turnover.

Cold Storage:

The group has a strong presence in the cold storage business through one of its group companies Kalyan stores Pvt. Ltd. at Burdwan, West Bengal. The cold storage capacity is one of the highest in the region for storage of vegetables, fruits and other perishable commodities. This multi cold storage is one of its kind as it can store different types of fruits and vegetables requiring different temperature options with the capability of Nitrogen Process for preserving.

 

Civil Construction:

Having keen interests in development of Infrastructre in Rural areas as well as Road Network & Highways, Misra Construction Pvt. Ltd. has earned itself domestic repute in construction of Bridges, Dams, & Roads in the Eastern Regions.
